Additional Courses

In addition to the obligatory compoments of the TRU/e curriculum (i.e. the six mandatory courses, a seminar, at least 15 ECTS of optional courses, and a 30EC Master's thesis), additional courses can be freely chosen from the Master's courses offered by TU/e and RU.

For example, this includes all RU Master courses in Computing Science and all TU/e courses in Computer Science and Engineering.

However, in completing your Master program you do have to meet all requirements imposed by your home university. (For example, students at RU have a mandatory 3EC course on reflection, called "Philosophy and Ethics for Computing and Information Science".) For the exact rules, see the respective study guides for the TU/e master program and RU master program. In the end, the rules of your local home university are leading.
